In this project the region is planning to improve the infrastructure of the municipal sphere of education in 10 municipals and their related organizations, training and marketing of the regional educational facilities. Due to the difference in time management the infrastructure project will be submitted as four smaller partial projects. As pilot project functions the educational campus Zellerndorf, which was opened in April 2018. As desired by the state, simultaneous project submissions of municipals are combined as a syndicate.
