7 STEPS TO THE PROJECT REALISATION
There is an idea which would improve our region?
What would be the next steps?
Would the idea be eligible for the LEADER funding programme?
What about financing and partners?
Here are the 7 steps to the project realisation!
Business partnerships registered in the corporate register as well as their consortia
First consultation with the LEADER manager based on the application form for evaluating whether the projects corresponds with the funding principles. Relying on many years of experience we can eradicate potential trouble spots immediately.
The PAG consists of independent regional stakeholders and is responsible for a transparent and objective selection of projects. The project presentations last about 10 minutes and the PAG has the opportunity to ask relevant questions afterwards.
During the following PAG meeting the basic requirements and the formal project submission are checked in a multilevel validation procedure. After a positive evaluation the quality criteria are supervised. In the regional results report the funding amount of money as well as the regulations of monitoring and quality management are decided upon.
Next the project application is forwarded to the funding agency by the LEADER office. After receiving a positive approval, the project initiators know that any project costs are chargeable now.
The last step involves making appointments for discussing the project monitoring and evaluation. Once this has been done, project implementation starts. All the best!
